Team
Mark is responsible for leading and developing new RIA, Family
Office and Institutional relationships. Prior to joining Overlay, Mark spent 20+ years with Merrill Lynch,
Goldman Sachs and Nomura Securities servicing institutional investors across family offices, hedge funds,
pension and mutual funds focused on both public and private markets.

Elizabeth supports investment endeavors at Overlay Capital
Build, seamlessly integrating client insights from Build’s consulting arm deploying technologies with real
estate owner-operators, to the team’s strategic investment vision. With expertise in sustainability and
climate tech, she's honed her skills at two early-stage VC funds, injecting catalytic capital into
innovative climate solutions. Elizabeth holds an MBA from UVA Darden with a focus on Innovation for
Sustainability, bringing a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and passion for driving impactful
investments.

Elizabeth Blankenship-Singh
Senior Associate
Chadd has primary responsibility for the firm's day-to-day corporate operations and its
investment business. He is a member of the investment committee for Overlay Capital and the OMV Leaders
Series strategy. Chadd is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Chartered Alternative Investment
Analyst (CAIA®).

Chadd Evans
Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer
Andrew is a member of the investment team at Overlay,
supporting the origination, research, and diligence of investment opportunities for Overlay's Innovation
Funds and Overlay Build. Prior to joining Overlay, he invested in early-stage and growth technology
companies at Hercules Capital and, more recently, worked on energy transition investments and strategy at
Koch Industries. With a generalist background in tech-focused investing, Mr. Fallon has completed multiple
investments across various sub-verticals, including FinTech, cybersecurity, consumer technology,
CleanTech, and EdTech. Andrew holds a degree in finance and risk management and resides in Atlanta,
Georgia.

Andrew Fallon
Senior Analyst
As Senior Project Manager and Construction Technology
Consultant for Overlay Capital Build, Chelsea supports clients with digital transformation and
implementation strategies in the built environment. She also selects emerging technologies to implement on
pilot projects. Chelsea joins Overlay with 10 years of experience in the construction industry and has a
passion for utilizing technology to reduce carbon emissions in the built environment.

Chelsea Holmes
Senior Project Manager
Ashton is a key member of our investment team, contributing
his expertise across various domains including sourcing, research, structuring, due diligence, and
investment analysis. Mr. Kille joined Overlay with five years of experience at a private equity fund
specializing in infrastructure investments. He holds a degree in finance and global sustainability. Ashton
also serves on the board of BASIC (Building a Sustainable Investment Community) and he has earned a
certification from US SIF for Sustainable and Responsible Investing (SRI).

Ashton Kille
Senior Associate
Julieta is the Managing Partner of the recently launched
Overlay Capital Build. A structural engineer and architect turned social entrepreneur, Moradei is a
venture capitalist investing in early-stage startups mitigating the biggest barriers in the built
environment. Her unique path from technical design to VC, has led her to hyperfocus on innovation in the
construction industry, and empowering entrepreneurs through catalytic partnerships for the past
decade.

As Investor Communications and Operations Associate, Emma works
to optimize investor experience for new and existing limited partners and RIA clients. Between daily
operations, communications, social capital, and compliance, Emma’s eyes are on the details that make the
Overlay Capital experience personal. Emma specializes in stakeholder communication and digital content
production with a professional background in business advocacy, education, and sustainability.

Emma Parry
Associate, Investor Relations
As Director of Accounting & Operations, Katie is responsible for overseeing the firm’s
overall investment operations. Having previously held various investment industry roles, most recently as
Fund Director at Gen II Fund Services and as Assistant Fund Treasurer at Transamerica Asset Management,
Katie has extensive knowledge and experience with the financial services and asset management sides of the
business. She has spent over twenty years providing oversight of all aspects within fund administration
including regulatory reporting, fund accounting, valuation, and oversight of third-party vendors.

Katie Petty
Director, Accounting and Operations
Ashok is responsible for overseeing the firm’s venture capital
fund and direct investments. He is also a member of Overlay Capital’s investment committee. Prior to
Overlay, Ashok co-founded and led Unreasonable Capital, a venture capital investment fund focused on
scalable impact opportunities in developing markets. He also spent over a decade as a private equity
investor, focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts of entrepreneur-driven businesses.

investment group operations. He is also a member of the investment committee where he leverages his
diverse financial background that - in addition to being an active alternative asset investor - also

He has a deep understanding of the industry and is committed to delivering exceptional results for

Jeff Sheridan

As Director of Investor Relations, Milena is the point person
for many key relationships including our limited partner investors. Having previously held roles at
Unreasonable Group and the Australian Consulate General, she has experience at the intersection of venture
capital, corporate finance, and policy. Throughout her career, Milena has been an advisor to politicians,
business leaders, founders, and investors – with a focus on driving business forward through impact and
sustainable finance.

Milena Stojceska

Brett is responsible for overseeing the firm’s platform growth
and building strategic partnerships. He is also a member of Overlay Capital’s investment committee. Prior
to Overlay, Brett served as head of sustainable investing for Envestnet (NYSE:ENV) and spent over a decade
in alternative asset management for multi-family offices. Brett holds the CSRIC (Chartered SRI Counselor)
designation.

Mark Castleman is a Managing Director at Intel Ignite and an
MIT Sloan Fellow. Mark is an entrepreneur, founder/CE), product designer, tech investor, fund operating
partner, fund LP, corporate innovation ecosystem creator, fund founder, fundraiser, start-up advisor, and
mentor. He was previously a Partner at Mistletoe, Inc. a $500MM global family office fund investing in
entrepreneurs and founder led venture funds from 2018-2022.

Mark Castleman
Kenneth has an extensive career in the family office world dating back to 1990 after starting his career
in public accounting.
Kenneth Drummond most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Paul Tudor Jones Family Office. Prior to that role in 2021, Kenneth served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Johnson Company Inc. (the private family office and investment company of the Johnson & Johnson family) for 15 years. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Kenneth served as a Director of Executive Financial Management of the Estee Lauder family. Additional experience includes ten years with Calvin Klein Inc., where he started as Controller of the licensing division and eventually served as Financial Manager for Calvin Klein and his business partner /co-founder Barry Schwartz when the term “family office” was rarely known.
Kenneth began his career in public accounting and obtained his CPA license soon after graduating college. He also holds a BBA in accounting and an MBA in international finance. Kenneth has served on the advisory board for EisnerAmper Family Office Summit for twelve years and has presented at numerous family office conferences.
He presently concentrates his philanthropic activities at the ALS Association - Greater NY Chapter where he advises numerous individuals on their fundraising strategies.
An avid cyclist, scuba diver, sailor and skier, Kenneth recently relocated from New York City to Florida and now focuses his attention on investing and advising various family offices. His one son lives in Wellington, FL.

Alexandra Peterson is an advisor and investor focused on
impact and sustainability-driven companies and funds. She is a Venture Partner at Desert Bloom Foods, a
next-generation food platform, is a mentor to the Good Food Institute, and serves on the Advisory Council
of Rockefeller Capital Management. Previously, Alexandra co-founded an ESG advisory and reporting firm,
which was acquired in 2020 after nearly a decade of working alongside some of the largest alternative fund
managers, family offices and Fortune 100 companies providing frameworks for ESG strategy and
integration.
